Your book is made to order after validation of your birth chart. Here are the delivery times and conditions.
Production times
Each book is printed and bound on demand. Expect 5 to 8 business days of production after order confirmation.
Delivery times
Once your book is made, delivery typically takes:
• France mainland: 3 to 5 business days
• European Union: 5 to 7 business days
• Switzerland, United Kingdom: 5 to 8 business days
• United States, Canada: 7 to 12 business days
• Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout, based on the delivery country. Free shipping unlocks when you buy 2 or more physical books.
Order tracking
A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order ships, with a tracking number that lets you follow your parcel in real time.
Lost or damaged delivery
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or not received after the estimated time, contact us at contact@readingplanets.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and reship free of charge if needed.
Digital delivery
Orders containing only the digital version (PDF) are not subject to physical shipping times. The file is sent by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
