Article 1 — Seller identity

Article 2 — Products

Reading Planets offers personalised astrology books (birth chart, love compatibility) printed on demand from the birth details provided by the customer. Products are available in several formats: hardcover, softcover, digital (PDF).

Article 3 — Price

Prices are shown in the customer's local currency (EUR, CHF, CAD, USD) inclusive of all applicable taxes. VAT/sales tax is included per the destination country's tax regime. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery country.

Article 4 — Ordering

The order is validated after:

• Product selection and personalisation (birth details)

• Review of the order summary

• Online payment via Stripe

A confirmation email is sent immediately after payment. The order binds the customer irrevocably, subject to the right of withdrawal (see Article 7).

Article 5 — Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. Charges are immediate. Reading Planets does not store any card data.

Article 6 — Delivery

Books are made to order (5-8 business days) then shipped. Delivery times are detailed in our Shipping policy. In case of carrier delay, Reading Planets undertakes to inform the customer and find a solution.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

Personalised books are made-to-order goods and the statutory right of withdrawal does not automatically apply. As a commercial gesture, Reading Planets accepts returns of unopened products within 14 days (see Refund policy).

Article 8 — Legal warranty

All products benefit from the applicable statutory conformity warranty and warranty against hidden defects under the customer's local consumer law. In case of non-conformity or hidden defect, contact contact@readingplanets.com.

Article 9 — Liability

Reading Planets cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure, customer fault, or unforeseeable act of a third party. The astrological interpretations provided are entertainment and cultural content — they do not constitute medical, legal or financial advice.

Article 10 — Personal data

Personal data processing is detailed in our Privacy policy, compliant with GDPR.

Article 11 — Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, illustrations, logos, layout, generated books) is the exclusive property of Reading Planets and protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Article 12 — Dispute resolution

In case of dispute, the customer can access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Article 13 — Governing law — Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
