Each book is made to order and personalised to your birth chart. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here is our return and refund policy.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, without having to justify your decision.
Please note: personalised books (manufactured specifically from your birth details) are made-to-order goods. However, as a commercial gesture we accept returns of unopened books in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery.
Digital products
Digital versions (PDF) are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
Return process
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@readingplanets.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defective or non-conforming products.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective products
If you receive a defective book (printing, binding, damaged delivery), contact us within 7 days with a photo of the defect. We will reprint and ship a replacement free of charge, or refund the full order.
